Abstract:

A belt drive tensioning apparatus, comprising a driving wheel (10), a driven wheel (20), a belt (30), and a regulating mechanism (40), the driving wheel (10) being arranged opposite to the driven wheel (20), and the belt (30) encircling the periphery of the driving wheel (10) and the driven wheel (20). The regulating mechanism (40) comprises a rotating disc (41), a first transmission shaft (42), and a second transmission shaft (43), the central axis of the second transmission shaft (43) coinciding with the rotational axis of the rotating disc (41). The rotating disc (41) has a first mounting hole (411), the axis of the first mounting hole being offset by a preset distance from the rotational axis of the rotating disc. The first transmission shaft (42) and the second transmission shaft (43) are rotatably connected, and the first transmission shaft (42) is fixedly connected to the rotating disc (41); the first transmission shaft (42) is inserted into the first mounting hole (411) of the rotating disc (41), and the rotational axis of the rotating disc (41) coincides with the second transmission shaft (43); the rotating disc (41) rotates a certain angle, and the driven wheel (20) moves with the first transmission shaft (42), such that the central distance of the driven wheel (20) and the driving wheel (10) changes, tensioning the belt (30) and facilitating prompt adjustment of the tension of the belt, increasing the transmission efficiency of belt transmission, and extending the service life of the belt.
