Abstract:
Provided is a belt cutting tool which is used in a belt joining device, the belt cutting tool comprising: a retaining body that abuts a first belt end and a second belt end to each other and retains the two ends; and a pressurizing body that pressurizes the two ends in a belt thickness direction. The retaining body includes: a lower mold, on the top surface of which the first belt end and the second belt end are placed; an upper mold that is disposed on the top surface of the first belt end and that of the second belt end; a belt clamp; at least one clamp main body to which the belt clamp is detachably fixed with the first belt end or the second belt end interposed therebetween; and a heater that heats the first belt end and the second belt end. The lower mold has a joining protrusion, and the clamp main body has a hole for receiving the joining protrusion. The belt cutting tool further comprises: a belt cutting base that has a cutting protrusion which is inserted into the hole of the clamp main body, and that is detachably connected to the clamp main body; and a cutter blade that cuts a belt which is placed on the belt cutting base.
