A bearing, comprising: a non-rotating inner ring; a rotating outer ring; a sealing structure located in a radial clearance between the inner ring and the outer ring, and comprising coaxially sleeved static seal ring and dynamic seal ring; the static seal ring is fixedly provided on a peripheral surface of the inner ring and comprises a contact ring; the dynamic seal ring comprises an annular body portion and an elastic seal; the body portion comprises a stop ring and a connecting ring connected to the stop ring and located in the radial inner side thereof; the connecting ring is located in the axial inner side of the contact ring; the stop ring, the connecting ring and the contact ring enclose an inner cavity; the elastic seal is fixedly provided on the connecting ring and comprises a seal lip protruding into the inner cavity; if the rotation speed of the outer ring is smaller than a critical value, then the seal lip contacts the contact ring and has a radial clearance with the stop ring; if the rotation speed of the outer ring is not smaller than the critical value, then the seal lip disengages from the contact ring and presses against the stop ring, allowing the seal lip and the static seal ring to form a non-contact seal, thus solving the problem of the sealing structure of the existing bearing being unable to achieve both a contact seal and a non-contact seal.
