Abstract:
In a bearing unit in which a turbine shaft is supported by a rolling bearing, an inside of a bearing is efficiently lubricated by a lubricant from an oil hole while simplification of a housing is achieved. In an oil path (3) that guides a lubricant from an outside of a housing (1) in which a turbine shaft (100) is inserted to an inside of a bearing of a rolling bearing (2) rotatably supporting the turbine shaft (100) with respect to the housing (1), an oil hole (19) facing a rolling contact surface of a rolling element (10) inside the bearing in a radial direction is employed. Thus, a protrusion for oil-hole processing is made unnecessary in the housing (1), and the lubricant from the oil hole (19) is directly supplied to the rolling element (10) in the radial direction and exposed to a cage (11) to be hardly diffused.
