Abstract:
A shaft (10) has: a head section (11) having an outside diameter greater than the inside diameter of an inner ring (21), the head section (11) abutting a side surface (21b) on one axial end side of the inner ring (21); and a column section (13) extending from the head section (11) toward the other axial end side, the column section (13) having a greater axial width than a bearing (29). The external peripheral surface of the other axial end of the column section (13) has a male screw (13a) for fastening together with a support arm (5). Formed in the side surface on one axial end side of the shaft (10) is a concave section (11a) in which a tool capable of rotating the shaft (10) is fitted. A through-hole (34) in which the tool can be inserted is formed in the bottom section (33) of a housing (30), in a position facing the concave section (11a).
