Abstract:
A bearing rolling element damage detection apparatus, which comprises an I-shaped base (1), an L-shaped support rod (101) and an L-shaped positioning rod (102) being oppositely welded at middle positions of left and right ends of the I-shaped base (1). A rotating ring (304) is rotatably mounted on a horizontal shaft rod at the top end of the L-shaped positioning rod (102), and three L-shaped struts (303) are welded to the rotating ring (304) in a rightwards arc-shaped array, and a vertically-supported semicircular support ring (3) is welded to head ends of the three L-shaped struts (303). A motor (2) is slidably mounted on a horizontal segment of the top end of the L-shaped support rod (101), two vertical-sliding shafts (202) are symmetrically fixed to the top end of a circumferential outer wall of the motor (2), and two swinging frames (4) having a rectangular structure are symmetrically and rotatably mounted on the head and tail ends of the semicircular support ring (3). The bearing rolling element damage detection apparatus facilitates handling and unloading of the rolling element.
