Abstract:
A battery pack, an electric apparatus having the battery pack, and a method for manufacturing the battery pack. The battery pack (100) comprises a housing assembly (10), a cell assembly (20), a first circuit board (30), a first heat dissipation member (50), a first structural member (40) and a first insulating member (60). The cell assembly (20) is arranged in the housing assembly (10). The cell assembly (20) comprises a cell (21). The cell (21) comprises a cell housing (211), an electrode assembly (213), which is arranged in the cell housing (211), and an electrode terminal (212), which is connected to the electrode assembly (213) and led out from the cell housing (211). The first circuit board (30) is arranged in the housing assembly (10) and connected to the electrode terminal (212). The first heat dissipation member (50) is arranged in the housing assembly (10). The first structural member (40) is arranged between the first circuit board (30) and the first heat dissipation member (50). An outer surface of the first structural member (40) is provided with an insulating material. The first insulating member (60) is at least partially arranged between the first structural member (40) and the first heat dissipation member (50), and the first structural member (40) and the first heat dissipation member (50) are bonded together by means of the first insulating member (60). By means of arranging the first insulating member (60) between the first structural member (40) and the first heat dissipation member (50), and bonding the first structural member (40) and the first heat dissipation member (50), the heat dissipation of the battery pack (100) is improved.
