Abstract:

The battery module according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cell stack formed by stacking a plurality of battery cells; a bus bar frame assembly comprising bus bar frames, which cover the two lengthwise sides of the cell stack, and a plurality of bus bars fixed on the bus bar frames and electrically connected to the battery cells; modular terminals comprising lead connection parts, which are fixed on the bus bar frames and electrically connected to the battery cells, and head parts connected to the lead connection parts and extending upwards from the lead connection parts; terminal nuts positioned under the head parts; and a frame cover comprising nut accommodation parts, which accommodate the terminal nuts, and bolt accommodation parts, which are formed under the nut accommodation parts and accommodate bolts passing through the head parts and the terminal nuts, the frame cover covering the bus bar frame assembly such that the head parts are exposed outwards.
