Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a battery (10) and an electric device. The battery (10) comprises: a box (11), which comprises an electrical cavity (11a); a battery cell (20), which is accommodated in the electrical cavity (11a), wherein a first wall (21) of the battery cell (20) is provided with a pressure relief mechanism (213); and a support component (13) attached to the first wall (21), the support component (13) being configured such that when the pressure relief mechanism (213) is actuated, emissions from the battery cell (20) pass through the support component (13) and are then discharged from the electrical cavity (11a), and the support component (13) being provided with a reinforcing structure (14). The safety performance of the battery (10) can be improved by means of the technical solution in the present application.
