The present application provides a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical device. The battery cell comprises: an electrode assembly, a current collector component, and a first output electrode and second electrode having opposite polarities. The electrode assembly has a first tab and a second tab having opposite polarities. The first output electrode and the second output electrode are used for outputting electric energy of the battery cell. The current collector component comprises an insulating plate, a first current collector and a second current collector. A first notch and a second notch are formed on the insulating plate at an interval in the circumferential direction. At least a portion of the first current collector is accommodated in the first notch. The first current collector electrically connects the first tab and the first output electrode. At least a portion of the second current collector is accommodated in the second notch. The second current collector electrically connects the second tab and the second output electrode. Furthermore, the insulating plate isolates the first current collector from the second current collector.
