Abstract:
Disclosed is a batch surface treatment device for biomedical magnesium metal, comprising a base and supporting legs, the supporting legs being disposed at the bottom part of the base, two supporting legs being provided, and the supporting legs being located on two sides of the base respectively; a horizontal plate is provided on one side of the supporting legs, and the horizontal plate and the supporting legs are fixed by means of screws; a smelting furnace is provided at the top part of the base; a heat insulation plate is provided at the bottom part of the smelting furnace, and a heating wire is provided in the interior of the smelting furnace; a feeding port is provided on one side of the smelting furnace, and the feeding port is inserted into and fixed on the smelting furnace; and a piston is provided at the top part of the smelting furnace, and the piston is movably connected to the smelting furnace. In the present invention, magnesium and zinc melting is achieved by means of the provided smelting furnace, materials are provided for magnesium alloy wire fabrication, finished magnesium alloy wire collection is achieved by means of provided winding and unwinding rollers, and working efficiency is improved.
