Abstract:
The present invention provides a barrier film which is capable of achieving a good balance between barrier properties after a Gelbo flex test and barrier properties after retort processing. This barrier film is obtained by sequentially stacking a resin base material, an aluminum oxide vapor deposition film, and if necessary, a coating layer in this order; and the aluminum oxide vapor deposition film has a peak top ratio P of 1.05 to 1.60 if an X-ray absorption fine structure analysis is performed from the aluminum oxide vapor deposition film surface side of the barrier film, the peak top ratio P being defined below. P = (intensity peak top around 1,572 eV)/(intensity peak top around 1,566 eV)
