Abstract:
Provided are a band saw blade sandblasting model construction method, a band saw blade sandblasting apparatus and a sandblasting method. During a sandblasting process, an opening number of a first spray gun (41) and a second spray gun (42), the width of a band saw blade covered by sandblasting when a single spray gun oscillates, the radius of sandblasting coverage when a single spray gun is stationary, and swing amplitudes of the first spray gun and the second spray gun are determined according to the width of the band saw blade (1). Then, the movement speed of the band saw blade and oscillation speeds of the first spray gun and the second spray gun are determined according to the width of the band saw blade covered by the sandblasting when a single spray gun oscillates, the radius of the sandblasting coverage when a single spray gun is stationary, the swing amplitudes of the first spray gun and the second spray gun, and a sandblasting model of the band saw blade. Finally, actions of a conveying mechanism, a first oscillating mechanism (46) and a second oscillating mechanism (47) are controlled according to the motion speed of the band saw blade and the oscillation speeds of the first spray gun and the second spray gun, so that an effective sandblasting region produced by the first spray gun and the second spray gun completely covers the surface of the band saw blade, thereby increasing the sandblasting efficiency and improving the sandblasting quality.
