Abstract:
A bamboo toothbrush manufacturing method may comprise: a step of preparing raw materials, which are rod-shaped bamboo shafts, and selecting some of the raw materials, as materials suitable for manufacturing a bamboo toothbrush, on the basis of a vascular bundle ratio of the cross section of each of the raw materials; a milling process step of processing the selected materials into the shape of a toothbrush bar; a pretreatment step of placing the materials, to which the milling process has been completely performed, in an environment having a predetermined temperature range and a predetermined humidity range during a predetermined time range; a hot-pressing process step of inserting the pretreated materials into a press-mold and heating and pressing the materials for 3 to 6 minutes inclusive under a temperature condition of 160-190°C inclusive and a pressure condition of 0.2 to 4 MPa inclusive; a step of sanding and coating the materials to which the hot-pressing process has been completely performed; a drilling step of forming a plurality of holes in head parts of the materials; and a step of planting bristles into the plurality of holes.
