Abstract:
Provided is a ball screw device capable of favorably absorbing misalignment and preventing creep. This ball screw device comprises: a nut disposed in a housing and having a first screw groove on the inner circumferential surface; a screw shaft having a second screw groove on the outer circumferential surface; a plurality of balls disposed between the first screw groove and the second screw groove; and a first bearing and a second bearing provided between the housing and the nut. The first bearing and the second bearing each comprises: an outer race in contact with the housing; an inner race that is rotated together with the nut; and rolling bodies provided between the outer race and the inner race. The intersection point of an extension line of a contact angle of the first bearing and an extension line of a contact angle of the second bearing matches with the central axis of the nut. A virtual line that passes through the center of the inner circumferential surface of the nut in a first direction and that is orthogonal to the central axis of the nut, passes between the center of the rolling bodies of the first bearing and the center of the rolling bodies of the second bearing.
