Abstract:
Provided is a ball screw device comprising: a ball screw shaft having thread grooves provided in the outer circumferential surface thereof; a nut member which has thread grooves provided in the inner circumferential surface thereof and into which the ball screw shaft is inserted; a plurality of balls which fit between the thread grooves of the ball screw shaft and the thread grooves of the nut member; and a lock mechanism that restricts the rotation of the nut member. In a target position in the axial direction, a ball screw is retained in a locked state without a supply of electricity.
