Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a ball joint which may be used in a suspension system, a steering system of a vehicle, and the like. The ball joint according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a ball stud provided with a ball member and a rod member extending in one side from the ball member; a housing having an accommodating space within which the ball member is accommodated; a bearing coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the ball member; and an insert molding part fixing the bearing to the housing. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the housing and the bearing may be formed in a cup-shaped structure with an open top and a closed bottom, and the insert molding part may be formed through injection molding by injecting an insert resin down toward a space between the housing and the bearing from the top of the bearing.
