BAKING CARBONIZATION COUPLED-PLASMA INCINERATION PROCESS FOR ORGANIC SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL

Provided is a baking carbonization coupled-plasma incineration process for organic solid waste disposal, comprising the following steps: (1) crushing an organic solid waste in a first stage and then feeding into a baking oven for carbonization to obtain baking carbon and baking gas; (2) performing secondary-stage crushing of the baking carbon from the baking process; (3) disposing of the baking gas generated by the baking process by means of passing it through a baking gas pipeline to a plasma incinerator for incineration; (4) by means of carrier gas carrying, blowing micron-sized baking carbon powder into the plasma incinerator for incineration and disposal. The disposal process combines baking carbonization technology with plasma incineration disposal technology, and uses baking carbonization technology to physically improve organic solid waste that is difficult to crush into samples, improving technology for rapid disposal of organic solid waste.
