Description:
A BAG CONTAINING COMPONENTS THAT ARE BIODEGRADABLE AND NONHARMFUL TO HUMAN HEALTH

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to a bag that can be used as sheet file, mini flower seed bags, bioplastic shopping bags, pet food bags, disposable mini bags, laundry bags, compost carrier bags, are easily biodegradable in nature and comprises components which do not have toxic effects for human health.

The invention mainly relates to the production of bags containing biodegradable components in order to present additional advantages and technical solutions for the related technical field.

PRIOR ART

Plastic sacks, bags or pouches are products obtained from thin and flexible plastic films, nonwoven fabrics or plastic textile products. Said sacks or pouches are used to transport and store goods such as food, product, powder, ice, magazines, chemical substances and waste products.

In the relevant technical field, it is common to use plastic and similar products as pouches or sacks for reasons such as low unit production costs, easy accessibility of raw materials, and simple and continuous production processes. For such reasons, it is more attractive to use plastic and similar raw materials in the production of pouches or sacks compared to paper or other textile products.

For the production of plastic bags, petroleum-derived polyethylene and similar raw materials are generally used. The products containing said raw materials threaten the environment and human health to a great extent. While the time required for these products to degrade in nature is 400 years in the seas, this period is 800 years on land. During this degradation, all harmful materials pass into the soil and water. In the terrains where people work, this situation also affects the products and causes the emergence of harmful situations. At the same time, plastic bags left to nature cause animals to die as a result of mistaking them for food, trying to consume them and disrupting their digestive systems. Plastic bags, which turn into more toxic and small petro-polymers with the effect of light, cause long-lasting situations that affect not only a single generation, but also the food chain for a very long time. It is known that especially black plastic bags are much more harmful because they are obtained from garbage. Black bags are offered to consumers after materials such as buckets, plastic bottles and medical waste are separated from the garbage and painted black to hide their defects. Apart from these obtained materials, the use of only black dye is the reason for restricting the use of these bags. The gases released during the disposal of plastic bags cause damage to the environment at least as much as the use of bags. Even plastic bags are among the causes of sudden forest fires. The transparent ones of these bags, which are thrown into the environment, absorb heat by making a greenhouse effect and cause forest fires.

In the related technical field, studies are carried out to reduce the use of plastic and similar products as raw materials for the production of bags or pouches due to the mentioned disadvantages. There are many studies in the literature for this purpose. The invention with patent number US5948848 A, which is one of these studies, relates to a biodegradable plastic material and a method for the production thereof. The present invention provides a method of producing a biodegradable plastic material comprising mixing a partially hydrolyzed, water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) copolymer with a plasticizer and stabilizer at a temperature between 106°C to 140°C. The resulting material can be easily processed by known processes and is suitable for the manufacture of water-soluble and biodegradable products.

The invention with patent number WO2016134094 A1 relates to bioplastic compositions containing starch, methods of making such compositions and methods of using these compositions as insulators, and more particularly bioplastic compositions containing a starch. The subject of the invention is a bioplastic composition comprising at least one starch, at least one plasticizer, and at least one acid, wherein the at least one starch is between 2% by weight and 25% by weight, at least one plasticizer is between 40% by weight and 65% by weight, and at least one acid is between 1% by weight to 10% by weight.

The invention with patent number W02014120417 A2 relates to the composition of a biodegradable bio-plastic material that makes it possible for consumable products to be green and is beneficial for the environment in several key areas.

As a result, it has become a necessity to carry out studies to reduce the use of plastic and similar products as raw materials in the relevant technical field. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
