Abstract:
The present invention relates to correction of a user's body and, particularly, to a backpack-type posture corrector and a posture correction method using same, the backpack-type posture corrector comprising: a backpack-type correction unit being in contact with the user's back; and a strap unit provided on the correction unit, engaged on the shoulder of the user, and capable of being pulled by both arms of the user, wherein, if the user pulls a strap while wearing the correction unit on the user's back, the user's back is brought into close contact with the correction unit, thereby allowing the user's back to be straightened and, by this function, improving the effect of correcting a curved back.
