Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for connecting a pipe, such as a metallic pipe or a tube and, more particularly, to a back ferrule having a bellows-shaped elastic part which is operated with a front ferrule as one unit, which has excellent gripping force or excellent fastening force with respect to the pipe, which has excellent sealing characteristics, and which has excellent relaxation force and excellent adaptation force with respect to the contraction or expansion of a connection region according to a change in the external environment. The back ferrule, according to the present invention, connects the pipe when used with a connection tool main body, which is mounted onto the outer circumferential part of the tube and which has a screw thread formed on the outer circumferential surface, a driving nut which has a screw thread formed on the inner circumferential surface, and a front ferrule. The present invention includes: a nose portion (41) having a front end inclined surface (41b); a tail portion (42) having a back end inclined surface (42b); and an outer circumferential surface (43) and an inner circumferential surface (44) which connect the nose part with the tail part and on which crinkled portions (45, 46) are formed between the nose part and the tail part, respectively.
