Abstract:
The present invention provides: a compound that has an inhibitory action against hematopoietic prostaglandin D synthase (H-PGDS), and thus is useful for the prevention and treatment of diseases in which the enzyme is involved; and a pharmaceutical composition that contains said compound. Specifically, provided is a compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. [In the formula, −X= represents −CH= or the like; =Y− represents =CH− or the like; R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like; R3 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; Z is a group represented by formula (II): (in the formula, the wavy line indicates the point of bonding to the nitrogen atom; ring Z1 represents a C6-10 aryl group or the like; m represents 0, 1 or 2; R4 represents a halogen atom or the like) or by formula (III): (in the formula, the wavy line indicates the point of bonding to the nitrogen atom; ring Z2 represents a C6-10 aryl group or the like; L represents a single bond or the like; ring Z3 represents a C6-10 aryl group or the like; n represents 0, 1 or 2; R5 represents a halogen atom or the like).]
