An auxiliary system for denitration in all working conditions and an operation method. The system comprises a water-cooled wall (1), a platen superheater (2), a final superheater (3), a final reheater (4), a heat storage medium heater (5), a low-temperature reheater (6), an economizer (7), an SCR denitration device (8), and an air preheater (9) that are sequentially connected, and also comprises a heat storage medium tank (10) and a feedwater heat exchanger (11). The flow of the cold heat storage medium entering a heat storage medium heater (5) is adjusted by a heat storage medium pump (14) connected to the cold heat storage medium outlet of a heat storage medium tank (10), so that the heat absorption capacity of the heat storage medium is matched with the load of a boiler; in addition, the flows of the hot heat storage medium and feedwater entering the feedwater heat exchanger (11) are adjusted, and a bypass feedwater adjustment valve (15) assists in adjusting the total feedwater flow, so that the temperature of flue gas entering the SCR denitration device (8) is kept within the optimal operation temperature range of the denitration system under different loads of the boiler to ensure denitration efficiency.
