Abstract:
An auxiliary raw material feeding system for a blast furnace ore coke tank and a use method thereof, relating to the field of ore coke tank feeding systems. The auxiliary raw material feeding system comprises an auxiliary raw material tank (1), feeders (2), a chute (3), a vibrating screen (4), and a weighing hopper (5) which are sequentially connected, wherein a plurality of stock bins (6) are provided in the auxiliary raw material tank (1); a plurality of feeders (2) are provided; the feeders (2) are provided corresponding to the stock bins (6); the stock bins (6) are communicated with the chute (3) by means of the corresponding feeders (2). The use method of the auxiliary raw material feeding system for the blast furnace ore coke tank comprises steps of feeding, screening, and weighing. The plurality of stock bins (6) are respectively connected to the vibrating screen (4) by means of the corresponding feeders (2), so that the number of the vibrating screens (4) is reduced, the utilization rate of the vibrating screen (4) is improved, and the investment and the maintenance number of later devices are reduced; a partition plate (8) is provided in the auxiliary raw material tank (1) to divide the auxiliary raw material tank (1) into the plurality of stock bins, so that different types of materials can be stored, the arrangement of an ore coke tank is more compact, the utilization rate of the ore coke tank is improved, the investment is reduced, and the overall structural design of the ore coke tank is facilitated.
