Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an automotive insulator attachment clip suitable for improving clipping mis-attachment and inventory management, by integrating and unifying two types of clips having different attachment structures into one. [Solution] An automotive insulator attachment clip CP comprising: a cylindrical clip trunk body 1 inserted into an insulator through-hole; a clip head 2 that catches on and engages with an edge surface of the through-hole; an inner hook 3 protruding from the inner circumferential surface of the clip trunk body towards the center; and outer hooks 4 protruding outward from the outer circumferential surface of the clip trunk body. If a car body panel has a stud bolt for attaching the insulator, the inner hook functions as a means for engaging with the outer circumferential screw section of the stud bolt. If the car body panel has an attachment hole for attaching the insulator, the outer hooks 4 function as a means for engaging with an edge rear surface of the attachment hole.
