Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an automobile seat cushion. The automobile seat cushion comprises a base plate serving as a seat cushion main body and a surface core serving as a contact area; the base plate is made from soft foam plastic, and the surface core is molded from thermoplastic rubber. The surface core is in the shape of a thin sheet and is of a porous mesh structure, a plurality of vertical holes extending in an up-down direction and provided with openings at upper and lower ends are formed in the surface core, and a non-woven fabric is attached to the bottom surface of the surface core, so that the lower openings of the vertical holes are closed. Alternatively, the lower ends of the vertical holes are closed by using the thermoplastic rubber for molding the surface core, without using the non-woven fabric. The soft foam plastic serving as a foaming slurry is foamed and formed into the base plate, and the surface core and the base plate are bonded and fixed together while the foaming slurry is solidified to form the base plate, so as to obtain a finished product with the surface core being fixed at the inner core part of the top surface of the base plate and the vertical holes of the surface core being not filled with the foam plastic to keep hollow.
