Abstract:
An automobile continuously variable transmission. A controller (1) and a motor (2) are mounted outside a housing (3); a connecting rod (5) is mounted inside the housing (3); a threaded rod (8) is mounted on the connecting rod (5); a threaded cap (9) is mounted on the threaded rod (8); the threaded rod (8) is connected to the motor (2) by a long shaft (4); a first cantilever (6) and a second cantilever (7) are connected to the connecting rod (5); an one-way clockwise gear (11) and a second large gear (14) are mounted inside the housing (3) by a second rotary shaft (16); an one-way counterclockwise gear (12) and a first large gear (13) are mounted inside the housing (3); the first large gear (13) is engaged with the second large gear (14); one end of a rack bar (10) is connected to the threaded cap (9); the rack of the rack bar (10) is engaged with the one-way clockwise gear (11) and the one-way counterclockwise gear (12). The automobile continuously variable transmission has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, no gear position, no slippage, and wide application range.
