Abstract:
The invention provides an automobile composite board spring. The automobile composite board spring comprises a steel plate sprig piece (2) located on an upper portion and at least one composite material spring piece (4) located on a lower portion. The steel plate sprig piece (2) and the composite material spring piece (4) are overlapped up and down and are connected into a whole through a fastener. When the bumping of the road surface is transmitted from the axle to the spring, the high-strength composite spring piece absorbs most of the vibration through its own elasticity, and has good shock absorption performance, while the function of the steel plate spring piece is mainly connecting to the body and being subjected to a small amount of torsion and shear stress caused by steering and braking, thereby ensuring the overall strength.
