Abstract:
An automobile brake pad containing an alkaline earth metal oxide aluminum alloy brake disc and a preparation method therefor, relating to the technical field of automobile brake pads. The method comprises the steps of: placing a bismaleimide modified phenolic resin, an epichlorohydrin rubber, an aluminum borate whisker, polypropylene reticular fibers, antigorite, hydrotalcite, an alkaline earth metal oxide, magnesite, bentonite and cork powder into a mixer in proportion, and mixing same to obtain a mixture; then placing a steel backing and the mixture into a mold and subjecting same to compression molding to obtain a blank; and finally heating and solidifying the blank, and machining same to obtain the automobile brake pad. The automobile brake pad has the advantages of a high friction coefficient, a light specific gravity, low hardness, low noise, low abrasion and having no cracks on a counterpart surface for effective protection, and the service life of the automobile brake pad is prolonged.
