Abstract:
In an automatic transmission (2), an opening (4b) is formed, at a position diagonally below an input shaft, in an outer peripheral part of a front case (4), and an outer end (16b) of a clutch lever (16) is made to be exposed outside the front case (4) from the opening (4b). In addition, a clutch actuator (17) is disposed so as to extend parallel to an axial direction of a transmission case (2A) from the outer end (16b) of the clutch lever (16) toward a shift-and-select shaft (34), a variable speed actuator (64) and a controller (49) are disposed above the clutch actuator (17), and a hydraulic pressure generating device (63) is disposed above the outer end (16b) of the clutch lever (16).
