Title:
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION DRIVING SYSTEM FOR HYBRID VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/051626
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic transmission driving system for a hybrid vehicle. The system has three drive modes: a first drive mode which is an engine drive mode capable of realizing six forward gears and one reverse gear; a second drive mode which is a pure electric drive mode capable of realizing a low-speed gear, an intermediate-speed gear and a low-speed reverse gear; and a third drive mode which is a hybrid drive mode capable of realizing a low-speed gear, an intermediate-speed gear and a high-speed gear. During traveling, it is only necessary to release a B2 brake (18) when the pure electric intermediate-speed gear is shifted into the hybrid low-speed gear, it is only necessary to couple a K2 clutch (20) when the hybrid low-speed gear is shifted into the intermediate-speed gear, and it is only necessary to release a K1 clutch (21) when the hybrid intermediate-speed gear is shifted into the high-speed gear, such that it is only necessary to operate one working element for each shift process without an overlapping gear shift, thus being able to realize a smooth gear shift. Continuously variable transmission is realized during the hybrid low-speed gear traveling, the hybrid intermediate-speed gear is the process where the low-speed gear is smoothly shifted into the high-speed gear, and continuously variable transmission is realized during the hybrid high-speed gear traveling, and large torque can be transmitted.
