The present invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, and in particular to an automatic pressure-adjusting desliming machine flushing device having a removable water spray nozzle. The device comprises: a basic unit comprising a fixing table, a desliming machine pipe and a fixing assembly; a delivery unit comprising an adapter pipe assembly, a water distribution member and a connecting pipe; and a flushing unit comprising an automatic pressure-adjusting assembly, a sliding assembly and a removable faucet assembly. In the present invention, a pressure-adjusting component is mounted in the automatic pressure-adjusting assembly, a piston on the pressure-adjusting component is pushed to move under an acting force of water flowing energy by means of cooperation of an auxiliary water pipe, and the size of a water outlet of a main water pipe is then adjusted, so that the water pressure is adjusted; the sliding assembly is provided to enable the flushing unit to linearly slide on the desliming machine pipe, so that a cleaning range is enlarged, and time is saved on; and the removable faucet assembly is provided, so that water outlets of different styles can be assembled and unassembled according to actual conditions, which is more economical and convenient.
