Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an automatic preparation system for a welded pulley. The automatic preparation system comprises: a plurality of welding workstations, which are used for welding inner-ring and outer-ring welding seams of two sides of welded pulleys; an overturn mechanism, which is arranged at one side of the welding workstations, and is used for turning over the pulleys on the welding workstations; a welding fume treatment mechanism, which is used for treating fumes generated by the welding workstations; a central control PLC, which is used for controlling the operation of the welding workstations, the welding fume treatment mechanism and the overturn mechanism; and a touch screen, which is used for inputting a working instruction. Further disclosed in the present invention is an automatic preparation method for a welded pulley. The automatic preparation method is implemented by using an automatic preparation system for a welded pulley. The present invention can improve the working efficiency and stabilize the welding quality of a product.
