Abstract:
An automatic grinding device for non-ferrous metal powder, the grinding device comprising a grinding compartment (11), a grinding wheel (14) and a frame (16), wherein two sides of the top of the frame (16) are respectively connected to an upper top plate (1) via hydraulic cylinders (7); the upper top plate (1) is located directly above the frame (16); a driving electric motor (4) is arranged at the middle position of the top of the upper top plate (1); the bottom of the driving electric motor (4) penetrates the upper top plate (1) by means of a connecting shaft (3) and is then in transmission connection with the grinding wheel (14); and the bottom of an inner side of the frame (16) is provided with a fixing base (12). According to the grinding device, the two hydraulic cylinders are provided to adjust the vertical position of the grinding wheel, the driving electric motor is provided to drive the grinding wheel to rotate, a sliding block and a slide groove are provided between the grinding compartment and the fixing base, and a second hydraulic telescopic rod is also provided, such that the grinding compartment can be driven by the second hydraulic telescopic rod to rotate at a certain angle on the fixing base, so that during grinding, the grinding wheel can fully come into contact with the grinding compartment so as to thoroughly grind materials.
