Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic air discharge device improved such that an automatic air discharge action can proceed efficiently. The automatic air discharge device comprises a housing (10) comprising: a conical upward/downward movement chamber (13) having a tapered inner peripheral surface (131) provided therein such that the inner diameter thereof decreases toward the upper portion thereof; a valve movement groove hole (15) provided in the upper portion of the conical upward/downward movement chamber (13); an air discharge hole (16) provided in the upper portion of the valve movement groove hole (15); a water inlet chamber (12) provided to communicate with the lower portion of the conical upward/downward movement chamber (13); a water inlet hole (19) provided to communicate with the water inlet chamber (12); a bubble destroying groove portion (14) provided outside the valve movement groove hole (15); and an air U-turn protrusion portion (17) provided between the bubble destroying groove portion (14) and the valve movement groove hole (15). The automatic air discharge device comprises a conical float (20) comprising: multiple tapered ribs (21) formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof in the longitudinal direction at the same sloping angle with that of the tapered inner peripheral surface (131), the multiple tapered ribs (21) being provided to protrude at the same interval in the circumferential direction; multiple bubble ascending paths (22) provided between the multiple tapered ribs (21); a valve protruding rim portion (23) provided at the center of the upper portion thereof so as to open/close the air discharge hole (16), the valve protruding rim portion (23) having a diameter relatively smaller than that of the valve movement groove hole (15); and an air buoyancy chamber (25) provided therein so as to have an opening in the opposite direction to the valve protruding rim portion (23), that is, in the downward direction.
