Abstract:
An automated device for mud cake removal of a filter press, comprising a support (1), a first mounting plate (2), a raising/lowering driving mechanism (3) provided with the support (1) for driving the first mounting plate (2) to move in the height direction of the support (1), at least one mud removing assembly (4) provided on the first mounting plate (2), and a visual processing system (5) for identifying a residual mud cake on a filter screen of the filter press. The mud removing assembly (4) comprises a mud removing driving member (401) fixedly connected to the first mounting plate (2), and at least one mud removing scraping plate (402) connected to the movable end of the mud removing driving member (401). According to the automated device for mud cake removal of a filter press, the problems in the prior art that after a solid-liquid separation operation of the filter press, a mud cake adhered to a filter screen is not fully removed, noise during is large, and the degree of automation of the removing device is low are solved, thereby improving the degree of automation, reducing the degree of manual participation, and ensuring the sufficiency of mud cake removal.
