An audio signal processing method and apparatus, an earphone device, and a storage medium. The method is applied to the earphone device. The method comprises: when the earphone device outputs a target audio signal, acquiring an ambient sound signal by means of a feedforward microphone of the earphone device, and acquiring an in-ear audio signal by means of a feedback microphone of the earphone device; determining, according to the ambient sound signal, a target filter group corresponding to a current scene of the earphone device, the target filter group comprising one or more noise reduction filters; calculating a noise reduction parameter on the basis of the ambient sound signal and the in-ear audio signal; and determining a target filter from the target filter group according to the noise reduction parameter, the target filter being used for performing noise reduction processing on a target audio signal to be output. By implementing embodiments of the present application, targeted noise reduction processing can be performed, on the basis of the current scene of the earphone device, on the audio signal output by the earphone device, so that the accuracy and reliability of active noise reduction of the earphone device can be improved.
