Abstract:
An audio encoding method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium. The audio encoding method comprises: acquiring an initial encoding rate and an overuse punishment code rate corresponding to the current audio frame (S110); determining a main frame encoding proportion corresponding to the current audio frame (S120); determining a main frame encoding rate of the current audio frame according to the initial encoding rate, the overuse punishment code rate and the main frame encoding proportion (S130); and encoding the current audio frame according to the main frame encoding rate to obtain main encoded audio data (S140).
