The present invention relates to an assembly of a plated steel pipe and a metal fastener, and a manufacturing method therefor. The assembly of a plated steel pipe and a metal fastener comprises: a steel pipe (10) having an outer circumferential surface coated with an antioxidant and having a fastening screw (11) formed on one end of the outer circumferential surface; and a metal fastener (20) having a through hole (21) formed through both sides and having a first screw thread (21) formed on one side thereof and connected to a connection pipe, and a second thread (23) formed on the other side thereof and screwed with the fastening screw (11), wherein an O-ring installing groove (24), into which an O-ring (O) is inserted and fixed, is formed in the metal fastener (20) on the inside of which the second thread (23) is formed, and a nut-shaped nut-forming portion (20A) is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the metal fastener (20). Due to this feature, since the plated steel pipe and the metal fastener are manufactured separately, the manufacturing is simple and thus mass production is easy. Furthermore, it is possible to simply assemble the plated steel pipe and the metal fastener in a secure airtight manner.
