Abstract:
The present application relates to an assembly pier column prefabricated by a post-reinforcement method. The assembly pier column comprises at least two prefabricated sections, wherein a positioning block is arranged on the top of each section, and a positioning groove is provided in the bottom of each section; a plurality of vertically penetrating main reinforcement reserved holes are provided in each section; each prefabricated section is in butt joint on a bearing platform; a positioning block is arranged on the bearing platform and threaded sleeves are embedded, the positioning groove in the bottom of the lowermost section is engaged to the positioning block on the bearing platform, and the positioning groove of an upper section is engaged to the positioning block of a lower section; and a main reinforcement is inserted into each main reinforcement reserved hole of each section, an upper end of each main reinforcement is in threaded connection with a lower half portion of the threaded sleeve, a lower end of the main reinforcement of the lowermost section is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve on the bearing platform, and a lower end of the main reinforcement of the upper section is in threaded connection with an upper half portion of the threaded sleeve at an upper end of the main reinforcement of the lower section. In the present application, the weight of a single pier column section can be greatly reduced such that transportation and hoisting are facilitated, and the main reinforcements between sections are firmly connected, which facilitates application in mountainous regions.
