Abstract:
The present invention provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, a display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. A metal layer is formed on a substrate base, and then a protection layer is formed on the metal layer; the protection layer can protect the metal layer, so as to avoid the damage to the metal layer caused during the subsequent laser irradiation of glass in a display panel, thereby reducing the rate of occurrence of lead cracks and facilitating the improvement in the yield of the display panel. In addition, by means of the technical solution of the present application, the protection layer expose a detection circuit, so that poor static electricity of the detection circuit caused by the coverage of the protection layer can be avoided, thereby further improving the yield of the display panel.
