Abstract:
The present invention relates to a skin medication technology, and in particular to an application of a hydroxybetulinic acid compound in treatment of skin diseases, especially eczema, inflammatory skin diseases, and allergic shock. According to the present invention, various skin external administration dosage forms, comprising a solution, a gel, an ointment, a patch, an emulsion, and a film spraying agent, are designed, and are used for local administration of various skin diseases, and it is found that the present invention has the advantages of remarkable drug effect and small toxic and side effects, and particularly solves the problems of digestive tract toxicity and large dosage of existing oral drugs. Researches show that the method of the present invention for treating the skin diseases is effective, safe, and low in treatment cost, and in a mouse model, development of eczema and dermatitis can be restrained, and allergic shock can be relieved.
