Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented red ginseng powder dispersion liquid having increased dispersibility and ginsenoside content. The method for producing a fermented red ginseng powder dispersion liquid comprises the steps of: (a) pulverizing a red ginseng so as to obtain powder; (b) adding the powder to a mixed liquid comprising β-Glucosidase and performing a reaction; (c) inoculating a fermented strain to the mixed liquid and performing fermentation; and (d) controlling the concentration of the mixed liquid to be within a predetermined range.
