Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for mixing a recirculation exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine and enhancing an output, and provides an apparatus for mixing a recirculation exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine and enhancing an output, in an internal combustion engine having an EGR device, the apparatus comprising: a distribution housing installed at the entrance of an intake manifold of the internal combustion engine or on the front intake passage, wherein the central circumferential surface in the longitudinal direction protrudes outward to form a gas passage therein, and a gas inlet that communicates with the gas passage and supplies an EGR gas is formed in the protruded outer circumferential surface; a sleeve that is press-fitted and fixed in the interior of the distribution housing and has a plurality of sleeve holes that communicate with the gas passage; and a vortex inducing body that is disposed in the center of the sleeve and has a blocked tip end having a streamlined shape, a gas discharge hole formed therein so as to be directed to the rear end, and a plurality of vortex inducing blades formed therearound, which have a gas guide channel that communicates the sleeve holes and the gas discharge hole, wherein when the EGR gas is introduced and discharged through the gas discharge hole, the discharged gas is configured to be ejected through the dead center of the intake passage.
