The present disclosure is to allocate frequency domain resources in a wireless communication system. An operating method of a terminal may comprise the steps of: receiving configuration information related to resource allocation; receiving control information related to the resource allocation; identifying an allocated resource on the basis of at least one of the configuration information and the control information; and transmitting or receiving a signal through the resource.
