Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure comprise: a power distribution device for distributing electric energy stored in a battery pack to internal loads of a construction machine, and electrically connecting or separating a charger for charging the battery pack to or from the battery pack; and a battery management system for electrically connecting the charger to the battery pack by controlling the power distribution device, and for calculating a charging profile for charging the battery pack. The charging profile may include a first charging section and a second charging section. The first charging section includes a second constant current charging section for charging the battery pack at a standard charging rate and a first constant current charging section for charging the battery pack at a first charging rate higher than the standard charging rate, and the second charging section includes a plurality of constant current charging sections for charging the battery pack at the same charging rate in each section.
