Abstract:
An apparatus for causing an electric wire to pass through a rain plug. A distributing and sending-out mechanism (3) is configured to convey rain plugs (100), which are conveyed from a preceding device, to a guiding and feeding mechanism (4) one by one; the guiding and feeding mechanism (4) is configured to take away each rain plug (100) from the distributing and sending-out mechanism (3) in an inserting manner; a lifting in-place mechanism (5) is configured to lift the rain plug (100) in place when the guiding and feeding mechanism (4) carries the rain plug (100) to pass through the lifting in-place mechanism (5); a rotary carrying mechanism (6) is configured to receive and expand the rain plug (100) conveyed from the guiding and feeding mechanism (4), turn over the rain plug (100) into a transverse position and convey same to an inserting handover mechanism (7); and the inserting handover mechanism (7) is configured to clamp the rain plug (100) conveyed from the rotary carrying mechanism (6) and wait for a subsequent device to insert an electric wire into the expanded rain plug (100). By omitting a one-to-one supply system and an independent controller, the apparatus has a small size, saves on space, reduces the production cost, causes less abrasion to rain plugs (100), and has a high rain plug passing-through efficiency. The guiding and feeding mechanism (4) has a large range of motion and a high flexibility, and thus also has a high rain plug passing-through precision; and only a needle claw needs to be changed regarding the passing-through of different specifications of rain plugs (100), and therefore the apparatus has a high universality, etc.
