Abstract:

An apparatus for automatically disassembling a solar module for recycling, according to the present invention, is configured such that a junction box, a longitudinal frame, and a transverse frame are sequentially removed from the solar module (10) transported by a conveyor belt (20), and a cell plate of the solar module is prevented from damage so as to be recycled. To this end, the present invention comprises: a junction box disassembly unit (100) which has a junction box removal knife (150) and moves the junction box removal knife (150) in a height direction and a longitudinal direction so as to remove the junction box (14) from the solar module (10) supported by the conveyor belt (20); a longitudinal frame disassembly unit (200) which has a longitudinal frame removal knife (270), and lifts the solar module (10) supported by the conveyor belt (20) in a certain height direction and then moves the longitudinal frame removal knife (270) in the longitudinal direction so as to remove the longitudinal frame (16) from the solar module (10) from which the junction box (14) has been removed; and a transverse frame disassembly unit (300) which has a transverse frame removal knife (350) and moves the transverse frame removal knife (350) in a transverse direction so as to remove the transverse frame (18) from the solar module (10) from which the junction box (14) and the longitudinal frame (16) have been removed.
