Abstract:
The present invention is capable of providing: an antivibration device production method that enables production of an antivibration device which enhances ease in assembling stoppers and brackets while making those stoppers and brackets less susceptible to breaking away from each other; a stopper for an antivibration device; and an antivibration device. This antivibration device production method is for obtaining an antivibration device. The stopper can be formed by applying a coating agent C that can be removed after solidification to at least a bulging potion (12) of a locating lug (10) of the stopper. An antivibration device can be formed by using the stopper after the solidification of the coating agent C such that the bulging portion (12) is pushed into a locating hole A1 of a bracket 5 so as to cause the bulging portion (12) to be kept retained with respect to the bracket (5).
