Abstract:
The present invention relates to an antibody specifically binding to the v5 exon of human CD44 or a fragment thereof. The present invention also relates to a chimeric antigen receptor molecule comprising the antibody or the fragment thereof, a nucleic acid molecule, a recombinant vector and a cell for encoding the antibody or the fragment thereof and the chimeric antigen receptor molecule, or an antibody-drug conjugate containing the antibody. The present invention further relates to the use of the antibody, the chimeric antigen receptor molecule or the antibody-drug conjugate.
